Windows 10 and Sony Vegas Pro 13

I had Windows 7 and Sony Vegas Pro 13 and all was good. Recently upgrade to Windows 10, all seemed fine except when I click the external monitor button to see timeline on my big flat screen. The display is too big and the bottom corner is down on my Vegas window, blocking the top left. I looked everywhere in settings. I MAY have to go back to Win7.
Did I miss a setting somewhere?
Odd thing is, I STILL have version 9 Pro sill on here, and it does view preview on monitor just fine...just fine...
Any suggestions?

Have you uninstalled/reinstalled the program since your upgrade to Win 10?

I did try that, no difference...
But then I found the fix.

In Win10, settings, display, I changed from 150% to 100%.
