windows 7-nudge clips

I just got windows 7 and a few things don't work the same anymore. Does anyone know how to nudge clips on the timeline? It used to be the 4 and 6 on the 10 key pad. None of those work now, not even the arrow keys. Thanks!

Is num-lock engaged? I don't know of any other reason those shortcuts wouldn't work.
