Windows Help pop-up

Whenever I use Wavehammer I get this windows error that pops-up, is there a way to tell it to shut up??!!!

You need to read the last line in the error message carefully and follow the link to the Windows web site where there is a knowledge base article and a download to install the missing help component that stops the pop-up.
