Every time you start VF, it writes tutor files to the Windows\Temp folder. After you exit VF, it deletes them automatically.

However, if VF crashes, the files are not deleted. When you restart VF, it doesn't use the old folder, it actually creates another folder! If the program crashes multiple times, you will have multiple tutor directories in your temp directory.

Bottome line, you can safely delete them.
