This Friday I am participating in a 24 Hour Video Race held by the Video Association of Dallas for the Dallas Video Festival. www.videofest.org I will probably be the only PC based post production person in the whole contest as well as the only Vegas user. They didn't even list Vegas or Sonic Foundry as possible editing software on the entry forms! Yet, they listed iMovie. (!??) Dallas video folks still believe if it's got to do with art, it has to be done on a Mac. Sheese! Lets all hope my post work is just a tad bit more sophisticated than what you can get on an 800 Mhz G4 (which would be BRAND NEW) using iMovie! ;)

Wish me clear, and creative thinking!

Sounds like fun!

Read through the tutorials, here, on the cow and wwug for some ideas.

Best of luck.

Knock 'um dead. The thing to remember is that it is the nut behind the keyboard that makes the difference, not the software or platform. That could mean even a Mac user might have a chance. Think creative and more important, think story. No fancy tricks can ever replace telling the story the best.

Let's win one for the ol' Vegas.
