I've read that rendering to WM9 should be a relatively fast process, especially if it's an unedited original avi file. Well, not on my computer. It's a P4 1.7 MHz with 768 MB RAM and a 64 MB NVidia card (dunno if that matters), XP laptop.
Saw a thread somewhere on this where someone raved about Divx and others raved about WM9. On my system the DivX is speed metal while the WM9 is slowfox. Any ideas on how to fix this?
