On the slide where you want the video to appear, Insert, Movies and Sounds, Movie from File. Find your video file, select it, click OK. When that slide appears, click within the video frame to start it playing.

If you want it to play automatically when that slide appears then right-mouse-button click on the video frame, Custom Animation, Timing. Select Animate, Automatically, and set the desired delay.
