WMV renders....?

Do you have to have wmv files residing on a streaming server or can you put them on any windows server for download as you would an mpg?

If the server is a Win2K server, the media server is already on there. Whether or not it will stream depends on the ISP and how they have things set up, but yes, a wmv will stream from a Win2K server.

That was my assumption, thanks. BTW...I think I've learned more from the DSE tutorials and files this week than should be allowed! Thanks for sharing!
