Yes indeed this is true at any size from Best (full) to draft Auto. (I feel like an accomplice planted in the audience), and can't explain it.

I'd expect this behaviour if an effect of any kind had been dropped onto the clip, (as I was able to demonstrate to myself, and then tell Grazie over the phone), either as a media effect in the media pool, a track effect, or master video effects bus, but not as a result of resizing a virgin clip.

The quality also drops as you would expect depending on how the preview window is set (Best Full to Draft Auto etc.)

Further confusing is the fact that the flicker/non flicker behaviour works as expected in V4.
