WON'T ACCEPT ACTIVATION CODE

New computer. Installed Movie studio 17 from disk purchased earlier. Message: activation code incorrect. Entered it 4 times and check to make sure it was one I received. DOESN'T WORK! NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY.

If you received the activation code in an email try copying and pasting instead of typing in. If that doesn't work what is the Error Code number?
