Won't auto crossfade

I'm not sure what info to provide for this.....but all of a sudden..some of my tracks will auto crossfade and some (the one I need) won't.
Weird.

Okay, when you talk about auto crossfading, do you mean when you add the event to the timeline, or when you drag the event overlapping another event?
