Won't write lead out

CD Architect goes through the write process of Lead In and
Tracks, but the Lead Out dialog flashes for only a second,
and does not get to 100%.

When I put the disk in a CD player, it plays fine up to the
end of the last song. My CD player speeds up, freeks out,
then stops.

Any way to debug this, and can I fix the two disks I have
already made?

Here is a solution: Delete any Regions from the source WAV file, and
manually create the tracks in CDA.
