wont let me purchase monthly subscription???

I am trying to purchase a monthly subscription to Vegas pro 19 and every time i get to my card info it will never go through? it keeps saying check card information?? ive tried a different card and i know that the money is on the card and ive checked several times to make sure the info im putting in it correct. what can i do? i really need to download this and finish my video by the 3rd or sep!! and right now being in trial i can only render under 2 mins
