Wont print to tape after rendering.

I think there's something wrong with the rendering settings that Video Factory is giving my file. If I try to print a file after it's been rendered to tape capture gives me an error message stating something like the output device isn't valid or something. Yet it will capture from this device (Sony DV) and print an avi to the tape that has been captured from the original movie before being edited in Factory back to the camera. I have used the match tool to match the settings of the captuerd video clips and it's still not working. Would appreciate any help anyone could give me on this. Thanx

Are you using the Wizard to make file or make movie?

If you are saving to file, make sure you are using the NTSC DV template (or PAL DV template if you are pal)

I'm using Video Factory 1.0 and I'm going through the render as process rendering as an avi matching the settings of the original captured avi's from the camera.

Render using the NTSC DV .avi template, unmodified. That should do the trick!
