Working with Vegas on 2 separate computer?

Hello!
I wonder if there is any change to use vegas on two computers (laptop and PC), with one serial number. I first installed vegas on my laptop and then wanted to do the same on my PC, but if the serial entering box comes up I enter the serial and press next, but nothing happens. Can one serial number be used only on one computer at the same time?
Thank you!

You can install the same serial number on multiple computers. You cannot use Vegas simultaneously on more than one at a time. If you need to use Vegas on both computers at the same time then you are required to purchase two licenses. However, that doesn't explain why 'nothing happened'. The activation process should have completed. Is that computer online and connected to the internet?

Yes, my PC is connected to the internet. Short video to show what's happening -> http://www.writech.pri.ee/error.wmv

Have done that several times with no problems - maybe the registration server was down? give it a little time and try again.
After you press next also give it 10-20 secs ...

Ok, I did format (cause i haven't done it for couple of years) and got Vegas successfully registered.
Another error: Yesterday, I did a project, but now I cant open it (Vegas gives me an error message like this -> http://www.writech.pri.ee/error.png). I need to do a 30min video for tomorrow, but I don't want to risk doing the work like this if it gives me tomorrow the same error and maybe the project gets ruined. I tried to save just the generated media and tried to open it - It opened without errors. I tried to save mp3 music with the generated media in the project, but when i tried to open it the same error happened -> http://www.writech.pri.ee/error.png I remember that I had the same problem with Vegas 6, which said, after I had saved a project what had mp3 backround music and then tried to open it, that mp3 is unsupported format or something...
