Would the Dell XPS 15 work with Movie Studio 17 Platinum?

Hi, I'm considering getting a new pc, and I was looking towards the Dell XPS 15 9500 with NVIDIA GTX 1650 Ti graphics and 16 GB memory. Would this work well with movie studio? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for similar computers?

It's all down to your videos. Running 8 4K tracks with filters and corrections smoothly will be hard on any platform.

My average video will just be around 3 1080p video tracks and a couple audio tracks with 20 minute videos. Any ideas?
