Wrong Version....

Hello

I am a poor French User of Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Edition....

During my first visit on your Site, I was very impressive by Characteristics of Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Edition especially Blu-Ray burning Capacity.

I have selected "add to Panel", bought the Software, downloaded it & installing without Problem (...)

BUT..... it appear the Version downloaded is Precedent Version of Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Edition (version 8 instead V9 & Blu-Ray Functionnality is missing.

I have sended my Request to your Support Departement without Answer & it is impossible to join the French Support by Phone !!!

Question : is it possible to replace the wrong version by the needed Version ?

Any help will be welcome

Jean-Pierre, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear of your troubles. I can't speak to why an older version downloaded. You should be able to download the latest VMS9PE update HERE, install it and apply the license key you should have received by email.

You might want to uninstall the older version first. It's not a problem to have multiple versions of VMS on your PC but since you don't have a license for it, why waste the disk space.
