WTF is going on?

When i login in my account to buy the vegas15 upgrade, the price 199€.

When i open vegas, i get an popup-ad which says i have to pay 209€ for the upgrade????

How much is it in now?

I'm Oliver, I manage the popups you see in all of your softwares. At first, please know that I am closely following what you guys are expressing here and try to solve your issues as best as I can together with Mathias.

Pricing for VEGAS Pro Edit should be €199. I checked the popups in both VEGAS Pro 14 and older versions, it stays at €199 for me. Does it maybe come from included shipping?

It would be really helpful if you could give me the program version you're using (e.g. VP13) as well as the language your software is set to.

Please continue to write here if anything is off with the popups. While I'm usually not actively looking in here, Mathias forwards all related topics to me, so I will see your feedback.

This seemed more appropiate than posting it on the forum here.

Although you can see the 2 different prices in the attachment.

The underlying problem of these different prices could be?

I'm registered at the USA forum-account, so i receive US-dollar ads?

But i'm european, therefore cannot registrate myself at the german forum, cause i don't understand the german language....

I think I see your issue. €/$249 is the upgrade to VEGAS Pro, 199 for the Edit version. So you are comparing two different versions. In the software, you should receive an upgrade offer to your respective version, so I presume you own VEGAS Pro 14. If you click on "Learn more" in the popup, you will get to a website and can select the version you like there — also Edit, which will give you 199.

Is this re-usable within vegas15?

And what with Boris Continuum 3D Objects Unit, will this work in vegas16?

My VAT-services do want an invoice of the purchase (because i use vegas as a professional -

EU intra-Community supply) , without the VAT-amount and with my VAT-number on it...is this managable?

I am getting the same email, and, it would not let me use the code in the email when I ordered.
