XDCAM multi channel

How does one access the multi-channel audio while working in Vegas (9c) from a XDCAM shoot. I can see the disk was recorded with 4 chanels using XDCAM explorer, but I cannot figure out how to get the "additional" two channels into the editor.

Did you select MXF multichannel import in Options/Preferences?
