Does anyone have info on this gadget, sellingin Australia through Aldi stores.
It would apear that it is a digitiser of some sort. Am I right in thinking that it does not output AVI but only Mpeg. With a low price ($69 aus here) could it be of any use to a serious enthusiast?

VideoCamera magazine had an article by David Hague on this device a while back. I seem to recall that he thought it was a toy. You might ask him on the DMN, where he is a Vegas host.
