Y/C delay correction

Any way to correct the delay in Vegas? I don't have a TBC to correct the source "on the fly" while capturing...

Well, yes, not without a couple of third-party filters for Vegas, but it can easily be done. There is a filter written by "flaXen" for VirtualDub that will shift chroma, up, down, left or right. Then there is a plugin written by Satish for Vegas called "Wax", by using the Wax plugin in Vegas, you can then run most VirtualDub filters.
