Yet another rendering question

Hi all, I know this question has come up a million times before yet my search in the archives does not come up with anything. What I would like to know is how do you typically render HDV for DVD. In the past I have been successful in doing a MainConcept MPEG-2 using the HDV 1080-60i template. However, I have noticed that users have mentioned that they render their audio separate. Is there any advantage over the above method in doing this? If there is how do you typically render Video and Audio files separately to be passed into DVD Architect?
For example say I want to render from the timeline: DV widescreen NTSC for DVD.I can see how to create the video stream but how do you create the audio part?
Sorry for this very basic question.

Thanks John! So DVD Architect picks up the audio file because its under the same name? I assume that the audio still stays in sync with the video in spite of them being loaded separately.

That's correct Ken.
As long as they have the same name and are in the same folder, when you load the video stream into DVDA, the audio stream automatically follows - in sync.
