Youtube help with 100 mb

I want to post my video on youtube but it is more than 100 mb, is there I way I can edit my video so that it is under 100 mb without messing with the video itself?

You basically have two choices: make it shorter, or use a lower bit-rate when rendering. Those are the only two ways to make the file size smaller, though you could use some combination of the two.
