YouTube render settings???

When rendering a file out of Movie Studio for posting to YouTube, what are the recommended file export settings?

What are the specs of the original file imported into Vegas?

This is the latest and the one I use on SVMS 10:

The original file imported into Vegas is AVCHD 1440 x 1080.
