YouTube Render with Cannon xa10 avchd mts files

So here is the file information that I'm working with. I'm shooting at 1080p 60i
I have my project settings on interpoate fields and guassian blur as well.

Type: MPEG-2 Transport Stream
Streams
Video: 00:00:38.539, 29.970 fps interlaced, 1920x1080x12, AVC
Audio: 00:00:38.539, 48,000 Hz, Stereo, Dolby AC-3

After I render the footage in the avc/acc section of vegas pro 12 it seems fine. then when I upload it to YT the footage seems to jitter during moving shots like panning left or right. my settings are:
Profile: high
Field order: Progressive
Variable bit rate 20max 20 minimum Two pass is enabled
number of slice:4 (I've used 1 before but it seems to give the same results)

I have turned off the sample option on each file but it does not seem to help.

So. Do i need to deinterlace the footage before putting it on VP and are there any programs that are cheap or free to do so?

Since file is ok after render for local playback, there's something wrong with youtube or presentation environment.

For render you need to have 29.97p or 30.0p and it should be good for youtube upload (unfortunately, you didn't specify fps for render). If you occasionally create 60p, 50p or some weird fps, youtube can drop some frames or blend some frames to match 25/29.97/30.
To confirm your file is ok even after processing of youtube, download mp4 from youtube menu and play the file locally. No jitter is expected.

There are some things that produce jitter on youtube playback. Best experience is on google chrome with html5 enabled (not using flash player) in full screen mode. Please try playback in window, full screen and different web browsers.

Try Handbrake.

I looked at the video on Chrome.......dear GOD.......no jitter.......thank you so much. At least I know now that it was fire fox. Would you happen to know what I need to disable on firefox to make the jitter stop?
Thanks again,

Firefox uses Flash player. Chrome uses WebM.
Two completely different transmission methods by YouTube.

Is there a certain way to render that would make it play better in FireFox?

You have no control over Youtube's upstream servers.
You can minimize motion, transitions, and detail in your footage, that's all.
