Z1 settings AWBS, CF30 and Zebra

I'm of to Europe tomorrow and wanted to clarify some FX1/Z1 settings that arose from another thread that died out.

1) How to set AWBS? The default for video is High and the default for Film-like is Medium. Does anyone disagree with this or offer different view?

2) CF30? I thought consensus was that this was of no use as with no gain in vertical resolution 60i deinterlaced in Vegas was better. True or no?

3) The Beeb's (BBC) recommended setting (from their site) say that when using film-like gamma it is critical not to overexpose. Does this imply setting Zebras = 100+ and not letting anything blow out (save an occasional sky)?
