Zero budget lighting

Hello,has anyone out there got some ideas for zero budget lighting for shooting indoors,types of (non-professional)globes etc that will do the trick,also advice on how different lighting shows up on vid.thanxs

It seems now though that you have to sign up to retrieve the articles. They are also restructuring the forums there as of this past Thursday. I just said no to wanting to receive any offers via e-mail. Then I was able to retrieve the articles again.
