Zeroing out Timecode on Window Burn?

I have an MPEG-2 file with 10sec of black in the beginning.
I want to do a timecode window burn but I want the timecode to start at first picture at 00:00:00.
How do I do this?

split the event at the first frame of video, then add the timecode burn filter to the second event.
