ZOOM R24 interface

I'm having an issue with input to Vegas 14 on Win10.

I have Vegas 14 set up on my Workstation (Asus custom build) (Win7 Ultimate 64bit) and I can record all tracks onto the timeline with no problem. However, I'm trying to get the same setup on my HP Spectre 360 (Win10 Home) for field work but can't get the same Zoom settings into Vegas14 on this machine. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this to work, please. Both machines have the latest Zoom drivers installed.

All Windows PCs need ASIO drivers to be able to access the full channel count from a USB audio interface device. So make sure that in the Vegas Preferences on the laptop that you have selected Zoom ASIO in the Audio Device page.

Yes all that is set on the workstation. The problem is that I'm not getting the same options on the laptop!?!
