Zoom Tool

OK, when I am editing and putting two lines of video together and need to match up the sound, I zoom in on the sound to match it up. No problem.

The problem comes I want to go back to the origianal settings that I started with to continue editing. is there a way to refresh or go back to editing that will keep my changes and reset everything back to the original size so I can continue to edit.

RIght now, after I zoom in and match up the sound clips, I end up having to save then close out of the program and restart. Just trying to avoid all of this.

Press the down arrow to zoom out, or use the mouse wheel. Also, you can drag the scroll thumb at the bottom of the timeline out bigger to zoom out.

I understand that but I was wondering if there is some way to just click and it would go back to the same visual size that I had it when I started.

You could hit the "squiggly" key - the one above Tab and next to #1, to condense all the tracks, and go from there.?.

Use window layouts. A quick Alt+number key to restore your view?
