Zoom Video Preview

I accidentally keep zooming in on the preview window and am constantly having to hit the Ctrl +1 to get it back to normal. Is there a way to disable the zoom feature?

anyway to permanently disable so it stays off not matter what, it defaults to on when you restart. I want it to always be off by default
