You were right; it looks like there were Track Motion keyframes after all. What puzzles me is how they got there, as I never used that feature. While checking Track Motion, I dragged the slider along the motion path, but the main video didn’t move

@Mindmatter filming at 50P is good for occasional slomo and for fast movement such as panning or fast moving subjects, but if you are going to produce in 25P, the convert will drop frames and you are still stuck with noticeable stuttering/jerkiness

Many thanks to both.Not selected in options, so must have done it some other way when editing, I'm doing a lot of track motion, so prob caught it by accident. Lots of tracks, so I want all the horizontal space I can get. Cheers
