In VEGAS Pro and Movie Studio, you can change the thumbnails that appear on video objects in the timeline as follows:

  1. Go to "Options" > "Preferences" and open the "Video" tab.
  2. Open the "Thumbnails to show in video events" dropdown menu and select one of the available options.
