This error message can have various causes.
The following steps might solve the issue:

1. Start your Software.
   
2. Select "Help > Update Online".
3. After installing the update, start the burning process anew.

If the problem persists, other applications or virtual drives may be causing the problem.

1. Select "Windows key + R" to open the Run dialog.
2. Type "msconfig" and press the enter key on your keyboard.
3. Click on the "Services" tab.
4. Check the "Hide all Microsoft services" box.
5. Then click on "Deactivate all" > "OK" > "Apply".
