The system's privacy settings may have been changed by a Windows security update.
Depending on the settings in use, the access to the following devices may have been disabled:
- Webcam
- Microphone
- MAGIX Video Converter
- Other recording devices
Follow these steps to allow the access to your devices:
- Use the shortcut "Windows key + i" to access your system settings.
- Click on "Privacy" >> "Camera".
- Set the menu "Allow apps to use my camera" to "On".
- Repeat these steps for all recording devices.
