customize frame size for Billboard

Update: posted under wrong forum. Please ignore. Thanks Hello, I'm working on a video for a led billboard and not sure how to render this in Song Vegas because when I put the customize size it won't let me render. It gave me a error message " An error occurred while creating the media file. An invalid argument was specified" Can anyone help? thanks

Serial number has already been Registered to another email..

I tried to install on my desktop computer and error -24 the serial number has already bin registered to another email.....pops up....and will not activate..... I installed on my lap top first then worked fine....then i try to install on my desktop and receive this error....

I have the box with activation numbers installed on my lap top fine but will not activate on desk top computer error -24 serial number has been registered to another email..... When I try to activate and register...... Can u help me
