Intro Media Glitch
Have you tried it on more than one BluRay player? Do you get the same result when you play the disc on your computer? Home-burned discs don't always play nicely with DVD and BluRay players. But it has nothing to do with the software that creates the disc. It's the nature of home-burned discs -- which use a whole other system for burning discs than commercial DVD and BluRay companies.

Difference between Vegas Movie Studio 15.0 and Movie Studio 2022?
It might be better to ask this question at the Movie Studio forum rather than here at the Vegas Pro forum. But that said, there is a major difference between Vegas Movie Studio (with ran up through version 17) and Vegas Studio 2022 (an entirely different program created by Magix). One is not really a successor to the other.

I can't figure out what this means. Do you have an example you can show us? "I could'nt figure out how to show (with an icon or a different color) which track is currently selected when I go back to this menu."

I don't know that the "PLL installer" has anything to do with DVD Architect. Are you sure that's the issue? And what do you mean by "PLL installer or the like"?

What editing software did you use to create this video stream? I've never seen an AVC file with a .264 suffix.

That video format should work, though whether or not it's the best format depends on the project settings for your BluRay project. What are the project properties you've selected in your BluRay project? What editing software are you creating your disc-ready files from? Also, is your audio included in your AVC video or is it a separate file? And what are the specs of the audio you're importing into DVD Architect?

Audio out of sync when importing into Vegas Pro 18
The issue is that the video has a variable frame rate. You can easily fix this by running the video through Handbrake as I show you in this tutorial.

DVD Architect 7.0 after the last major Windows update
Remember, you want the firmware from your computer's manufacturer (HP, Compaq, Dell, etc.), NOT the firmware provided by the equipment manufacturer. (Assuming the drive was installed at the factory.) But it could be you're right. Magix has chosen to no longer support DVD Architect, and this may be the reason why.

Maybe. But again I'm just not sure how the operating system could be the issue. Try going to your computer manufacturer's site (HP, Compaq, Dell, etc.). Locate the support for your model of computer and install the manufacturer's firmware for your disc drive (which is sometimes different than what Windows installs). That's fixed odd problems like this for me more than once.

DVD Architect 7.0 after the last major Windows update
Are you saying that the program works fine EXCEPT that the discs it produces will only display a main menu? If so, that's by no means related to the operating system. It could be an issue with how your disc player reads 3D DVDs or BluRays. Though I don't know why you'd have problems with both a disc player and your computer's disc drive. Is your disc player by any chance a Sony?

AVi/MP4 files can be problematic. Try changing the video file suffix to .mp4 and see if it loads.

How can I stop lag in movie studio 17 platinum
I'm not sure what specs OBS is using to compress your videos. Open your OBS video in the free download MediaInfo. In MediaInfo set View to Text and then copy the complete text of this report and post it to this forum. With this detailed report we can more likely tell what's going on. I'm assuming that if you start a new project and add only a dozen photos to it you don't experience any lag. This is a good indicator that the lag has to do with your source video rather than the program itself.

How can I stop lag in movie studio 17 platinum
One factor might be the format and resolution of your video. What device is this video from and what format and resolution is it? If it's not a format or codec that's easily assimilated, it can bog things down. As can certain effects. You can also try setting your Preview window's quality level to a lower or Auto level to see if that makes a difference.
