Importing Affter Effects Projects
from the After Effects manual: "You can export an After Effects project as an Adobe Premiere Pro project. (See Export an After Effects project as an Adobe Premiere Pro project.)" On page 75 of the Sony Vegas Pro manual you will find the process for Importing the Adobe Premier Pro project.

Photoshop CC Deadline Approaching
in terms of using the develop module in Lightroom for video, what you can do is save a frame of video, 'grade' or 'develop' the frame/still and copy the metadata from the still to the video, in this way 'grading' the film clip. see these for example: http://philipbloom.net/forum/threads/lightroom-4-1-for-color-grading.1981/ or http://www.learningdslrvideo.com/lightroom-4-video-color/ have fun.

Magic Bullet looks for vegas
Don't want to open a can of worms here but the new version of Pinnacle Studio 12 Ultimate (available in a few days as a download or physical purchase) includes Magic Bullet Looks, ProDad Vitascene, Boris Graffiti and a Montage feature for video or picture montages as well as full motion menus when creating Bluray discs, output to Flash, PSD import, native HDV and AVCHD editing....for the upgrade price of $89 USD. (Full price appears to be $129 USD.) I think $89 is a great price to get MB Looks.
