Drop file Problem
Hi @Gid & @mark-y No that was The Screen Shot my Customer Send me he Wants to upload Files to me With the link that you Get When you do the Drop File via Vegas. The Image below was the test File that I want to upload that is 30 sec long and I did get the same message. "Bliss" is my Clients name lol I just see it now when I did look at the image. I did set the limits to the max for the upload for my client and the test for me self was 2 Gig I still get this message for a File that is 5Meg Big. Did you use the Drop File option via Vegas yet?

@Gid Wow you go out of your Way thanks, Yes I sent a letter to support because I lost a Customer because of this problem, The need to fix it, I did a test of a 30-sec Video, and still it did give me the same error. Till the fix this I will use We Transfer to get my Client's Videos.

@EricLNZ I think so because his file is way smaller than 50Gig I send him now my We Transfer Link but this is not very nice it gives a bad impression to clients

Hi @jetdv I Did 100% of what you said but still I do get these Error messages am I still doing something wrong? after I tic the block and say OK then It Starts to down load it again or install I don't know 🙈

Hi @Reyfox & @vkmast I did Delete the file and then open Vegas i went under Video FX and search for "Smooth Zoom In BounceRGB Transition" the pre-set that I did buy and download but still It did not show up. I reinstall presetmngr20k.exe on my Computer and Get The Following error Windows When I open the presetmngr20k.exe and want to Down load the file it tell me it already Exist on my Computer. If it is on my PC is the problem may be about this Error message that I get and The program doesn't download it correctly? Thanks for all your help up till this point it helps a lot and I know you will have the answer to the problem.:-)

@vkmast Yes I did pull it into my photo editing program but it is just a small section of the screen he crop the Screenshot. And I can't see where I need to go to find the file that I need to delete.

@Gid Thx The Vegas Pro 365 is the same as the Vegas Pro 20 you just have some extra things in the Hub that you can use. OK back to my Problem LOL can you give me a bigger Screenshot and explain to me where to find the files? I try to but I can't find it.

@3POINT And @j-v This was Working 1. Type "Command Prompt" into Windows search or Cortana 2. right-click on the Command Prompt result that appears and choose "Run as administrator" 3. After the command prompt opens, type: net user administrator /active:yes 4. Double check to make sure the command is entered correctly and hit Enter on your keyboard. 5. After running this command, the prompt will respond with: command completed successfully 6. Go back to the Windows desktop , and press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select “Switch User” to find the Administrator account, then select it. 7. Install and activate your software applications onto this profile. The only problem I still sitting with is rendering it from my Personal acc I need to Switch User to Render Via The Administrator Acc.

Hi 3Point Yes I Test it with a normal TV Vie Video and the Mobile View Have a look at these 2 Videos that I did send to Support I did not Rec the TV View one that I test But it do 100% the something Support send me these Steps to do : I did not do it yet but will also let you know also ************************************************* Dear Theuns,Thank you for the video. Let's check to see if uninstalling and reinstalling the software to the hidden admin profile helps. Windows comes with a hidden administrator account which must first be enabled. To do so: 1. Problem with Mobile View Render
Hi 3POINT Thx yes I did Fix this "(rendering 1080x1920 to 1080x1020 instead) " and I was Able to render it With a Green Screen that I want to use in my Cellphone Format Video that I am working on. Just after that when I remove the Green screen and Render the Final part of the Project the whole problem Started. I Did What J-V suggest at this link https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/faq-how-can-i-reset-vegas-pro-to-default-settings--104646/ to and I did it and did Clear Everything but... I open my Program with the Cell Phone Project and again it crashes about 10 Sec after I Click on "Render As" it does not even open the window where I need to choose my Render Settings Vegas just crashes. I can't even do a Screenshot to show you the settings. I am going to Uninstall Vegas Completely from my PC and then download it again from my Back office. If that does not work then the Last Option is to Format my PC as if I never Have Vegas om my Computer I think that can be the only way out if all else Fails. Will keep you posted. Hi Walter Thx For the Reply Walter Yes I did Fix the problem With that , but Now I sit with A new problem And I don't know what to do I Even reinstalled Vegas Pro 365.to see if there is a problem with the Program. Just After I fix the program and render the Mobil Video 100 % from there on forward It doesn't want to render any Video every time I Click on "Render as " Vegas Crash. and then I Reinstall Vegas But still it does the same thing. What Can it be I am through the Roof because I need to complete a Clients Video and I can't fix the problem and everything was working 100 % till the point where I render the Mobile Video as a test to see if it is working and now I cant complete what I need to do.
