Possible solution for startup problem Vegas Pro 19

There has been a suggestion for Vegas Pro 19. The idea is for VP19, to deactivate the ethernet device temporarily and start VP19, and reactivate ethernet device after VP19 fully launched.

Eric, Thank you, yes, I did that. Once Vegas was running I plugged in the Ethernet. BUT, I was curious to see if it would start with the Ethernet connected again. So, no. You MUST disconnect Ethernet to get Vegas running.

And, just as an FYI. In Windows 10, you can go to....

1.Settings

2. Network & Internet

3. Ethernet

4. Change Adapter Options

5. Click on the Ethernet device that connects you to the internet (Mine is called Ethernet2)

6. Click on Disable this network device.

7. Start Vegas Pro. Once it has started you can then "Click on Enable this network device."

Is that not an over-reaction? I've been using Vegas Pro since version 10 and this is the first time that this specific problem has occurred in my experience. If your internet provider suffers an inexplicable blackout, do you automatically change to another provider?

As has been commented in other forum threads about this problem, a Vegas Pro 19 fix is in the works.

I can confirm we have a solution for VP 19 as well. It takes a little longer to recreate the installer for this older, retired version of VEGAS, so that is why we have had a delay. We are working a quickly as possible to get this released.

None of these actually pop up to download... 2 say bad gateway and the others just wont load a download screen.

Please for the love of god, supply people with a faster solution. Host the file some other locations. I have work to do and clients that have deadlines on me.
