  Random part of audio track at start of render
  I have been using Vegas Pro 19, which I purchased in 2022. I read some while back that others were also having problems with bits of random audio at the start and/or end of their rendered videos. Was this issue ever resolved?

  Not sure if that is an optimal solution? Lets say the Speech-to-text generates 300 subtitles from 4 different people. I would have to drag each subtitle to their own track depending on whos talking..But I learned something new so thanks zzzzzz9125.

  Applied effects are disabled when changing the playback rate
  When I add any effects to the audio track, they work at a speed of 1.00. But when I change the speed using the slider located in the lower left corner, the applied effects are disabled. How can I make them not be disabled?
