Odd occasional glitches when crossfading
I just upgraded to VP22 and now feel like I made the mistake of volunteering to be a beta tester for the many problems this new version is having. Just upgraded to Vegas Pro 21 last March and it was pretty solid. Thought I'd upgrade to 22 last week

RE: Velocity to Twixtor
I have nearly finalized the script, everything works as I want - However, it seems like the script only converts the Velocity Envelopes on the 1st selected event. It does not convert the Envelopes on any other Selected Events. How would I be able to

So, @3POINT, you mention a script?? 😁 I just got a message from @jetdv that he has no objections for publishing his autolevel script, so here we go: using System;using System.Collections.Generic;using System.Collections;using System.IO;using

RE: Auto Volume levels
See this recent topic As was stated, Track Compressor, Wave Hammer and the Graphic Compressor have an auto level tool, which is dependent on the threshold and ratio settings, so properly set, it is not sound annoying as most auto gain (AGC)

VMS17 Platinum => VP19 Upgrade?
I currently have a copy of VMS17 Platinum and an option to upgrade to VP19. I tested the trial version and enjoyed some features like Batch Rendering, Nested Timelines and Adjustment Tracks. Are there any other features I'm potentially missing out

RE: Velocity to Twixtor
I have got a lot of progress on the script, I've pretty much got everything that I would want to have for the script as of right now. It currently analyzes all the velocity envelopes on the selected events and converts them into Twixtor keyframes

RE: Double Waveform on Audio Tracks (I think I clicked something)
If you select the audio track then scroll down to channels, you have the option to choose both, left or right or combined. you may previously defaulted to "combined" before. Yes, but that has to be done event-by-event as I pointed out earlier - or

RE: Video freezes towards the end in Vegas Pro, but Premiere Pro is fine
It looks like that there is just the one audio event on the audio track of a long project. It might be that if it is a .wav file the file exceeds ,wav size specs. If you go to Options/Preferences/File I/O (tab) in Vegas Pro 22, check the checkboxes

RE: VEGAS Pro 22 Build 194 General Discussion
Double click on media file loads into Trimmer instead of tracks: this is broken in Vegas Pro 22 Build 194. I just upgraded from 21 to 22 hoping that the resizing of FX windows was fixed for audio plugins, but it's still not (it was fixed in an

@RogerS Yep transitions & other track layering/compositing but I don't have a problem with the media itself, it's using fxs, I like to play with BCC Beat reactor which often needs DR even on FHD media to see the timing at the correct fps, so

RE: Does Dynamic Ram improve performance without using Build Dynamic Ram
Yes I think it makes a difference in projects with particular timeline Fx / track blending that are cached in this memory. (You can search the forum for past discussions of DRP.) That's why the VP 16 benchmark required you to zero out the ram to do

RE: correct "pin setup" for Surround Pan 5.1
Mmmm ... that's what I wrote before: Also note that moving the pan point directly up to the C position doesn't alter the volume of the C channel - C volume is only altered (reduced) by moving the pan point down from the centre of the panner away

Generate Loudness Log would be more intuitive and more useful if the report was generated on the audio of a selected event on the timeline. Update the Help file to describe how it actually works. @john_dennis, I agree that Help should be updated

RE: Introduce 16-bit Floating Point Pixel Format in VEGAS Pro 23
I personally would go the other way. 64bit cpus have taken over the world making 32bit processing more medium than high resolution, whether they are float or int. Quality analysis I've done with Vegas renders indicates 8bit-int projects render only

What if you "Right-Click" and then choose "Add Point"? Seems to work but alas no keyboard mapping. Also tried using Excaliber's "Four Points" but it doesn't seem to work on busses so that's a no-go. Tried using Vegasaur's "Envelope Points" which is
