MP4 Audio dragged timeline hiss then no sound, WM Player normal

I recorded a video on my S24 ultra and it plays just fine on the phone as well as the Windows Media Player period but when I drag it from File Explorer to Vegas Pro 22 (Subscription), There is no audio except at the beginning of each MP4 audio file.
