@Earl-Boone Hi, because you're not downloading an actual file, i presume you'r trying to screen capture a live streaming video, go to File - Vegas capture to record the full screen, I don't know what the legality of recording for personal use is tho

@AaronL When you choose Game Ready driver & at that moment you're on Studio driver, it will load the Game driver, i don't know if it is 'loading' it from the internet or your PC but it feels like an install if that makes sense, for me it doesn't

I am testing version 19. I opened the program, File, Vegas capture ( I use multiple screens and I select the screen that I want to record) at this point I would expect the preview screen to that screen. I select record and the screen remains blank.
