Movie Studio 14 won't start

I upgraded to the new Movie Studio 14 build 105 and installed it and the NB extensions and HitFilm toolkit. The program will not get past the splash screen where it indicates it is creating windows. I've tried starting straight and as Administrator.

Something probably has changed anyway, a GPU driver version maybe? Read Troubleshooting crashing to see if there's anything to try. You could also Search 0xc0000005 here to get a multitude of possible explanations.
