When i open Vegas pro 17.0 It ask me to enter my serial number and email address but i have already done this before and when i go to enter the information again it gives me en error code which is Error:-14 and i did enter the correct serial number.

Error when importing video

I have a video I made on my Samsung S20 Ultra. I recorded it in 8k. I've uploaded it to my PC and it will play back. When I try to import it into Vegas Movie Studio 14 it gives me an error saying "an error occurred while opening one or more files.
