Vegas 11 Pro 64bit crashes when opened
On the Sony opening screen, where it shows applications opening, it always seems to stop on "Initializing GPU-accelerated video processing" and then displays the error message. It says that the fault module is "Aticfx64.dll" which is an AMD

RE: BCC 7 Crashing Vegas Pro 7 x64?
I never had this problem with Vegas Pro10 I do have this problem with 10e too, had it with 10c, 10b, and so on... Maybe less often than V11 users with GPU. :) IMHO: both BCC7 and Vegas OFX host have glitches that end in freezes or crashes. I've

RE: SCS wants help to "improve Vegas Pro 11"!
So I'm going to talking with a SCS engineer at 12:30 PST today. I sent them my list of issues, which I've detailed below: Current Vegas Pro 11 Build 521 64 bit Problems Bugs 1) Crashes, garbled previews, and garbled renders when rendering

    RE: NVIDIA 295.73 WHQL released
I installed the new driver. I had been using a recent beta driver. Installation went smoothly. I then used Vegas Pro 11 for about 90 minutes, applying several MB Looks effects. These didn't crash Vegas before or after the update. I also tried using

RE: Stills problems in Vegas 11 build 521 and 511
I'm not using GPU processing and Vegas 11 521 crashes whenever I am using my only two 3rd party codecs - Blackmagic MJPEG and AVID DNxHD. My source video is MJPEG and my renders are DNxHD. Vegas 10e doesn't crash, but renders some of the (small)

    RE: Fairly consistant titler crash
Paul, Thank you for taking the time to document the issue. I have Titler Pro crashing Vegas as well. Just a bit different than what you are experiencing. I can copy and past without any crashes. For me, Titler crashes Vegas11 when I try to

    Render always crashes program.
When I click on Render As, the program crashes about 1 or 2 seconds later. There is no drop down menu at all. I'm very new to video editing, but have a fairly decent computer background. the system: Vegas Pro 11, build 521, 64bit on a 64bit

RE: Vegas 521 64 bit Horrible
I'm having constant, time consuming, annoying crashes of Sony Vegas Pro 11 64-bit (build 521). Adding or removing filters (from anywhere on the timeline), dragging a NewBlue title to the timeline, or Vegas just gets tired or mixed up and faints. I

Vegas Pro 11 - Working with Blue FX titles still causes VP to crash and often the whole system. I've got the latest update for VP which was supposed to address the problem - any ideas please?

RE: Vegas 521 64 bit Horrible
Lots of crashes for me, too - some random, some repeatable (V11-64, build 521). Media - sometimes merely clicking on a piece of media in the Explorer tab will cause Vegas to crash. Reopen and the same media causes no issues at all. Effects - Color

RE: Vegas 521 64 bit Horrible
Have exactly the same problem - unfortunately I am new to Vegas and so far not impressed at all for the vast amount of money I paid. Pro 11, build 521, running on W7 Ulimate 64 bit, Intel i7 3.07GHz, 16G Ram, NVIDIA GeForce GT 440. Basically it

RE: Sony Full HD 3D Rendering - Is it possible?
Hi Matt, I have this camera – Sony HDR-TD10, NTSC version. I haven’t significant issues with Vegas Pro 8,9,10,11 because I use them on more or less dedicated computers. Of course there are some annoying “rules” you need to follow – for instance I

Vegas Pro Crashing at start project
Recently, I erased a Vegas Pro project and had to recover the file. It was a big file and took a lot of time to make. It is a 46 minute video. The drive (C:) where Vegas Pro was installed was not affected but I tried re-installing Vegas Pro anyway.

RE: Vegas 11 Users: Guinea Pig Volunteers?
The file caused Vegas Pro 11-521 on WIndows 7 64 bit to crash and start a report. I remuxed to transport stream (ts) in tsMuxer and got these errors for those who know about transport streams. MTS to ts Error Attempt to demux Vegas 8.0 worked.

RE: Render To Square Aspect for Cubes VP11?
Vegas 11 has gone backwards!.... SCS has lost touch with its users. It appears you can only render to set formats of the web, DVD, HD, and SD. This is a big issue. just one example I also create animation and video content for large LED

I have 2 projects I am trying to render, and I can't render them in Quicktime at all. This is pretty embarrassing as an editor, to have to tell other people that I can't deliver quicktime. I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit. Quicktime 7.7.1
