After reboot, confirmed that re-enabling Device in Display Adapter / AMD Radeon will cause the screen capture to become inoperative and display a blank screen with only a mouse cursor.

There are already separate screen capture tools for AMD. AMD provides the free screen capture program Radeon ReLive for its GPUs and the new Adrenalin 2020 Edition offers even more recording options.

Still no joy for my i7700 & AMD (rx480 8 gig) card for screen capture. The AMD screen capture utility works perfectly with my HDMI 4K screen. All I get is a black square with the image of the cursor in a small black square.

Thanks matthias-krutz. Same here I'm only using one monitor, nothing fancy. Removed the Elgato capture device and the mouse in Vegas doesn't freeze anymore but still CANNOT capture anything. Only a frozen cursor of the mouse on the capture display
