RE: Can't import H264 avi files to VEGAS Pro 15
I said they are not the same. x264vfw is crippled by an obsolete container. But if what you say is true, it would explain why there is not a Bandicam tutorial on this website. AVI isn't an obsolete container. AVI is basically the Windows

I don't believe Bandicam "only" records to x264 vfw.

RE: Vegas Pro 14 and 15 Producing Black Render where there is none.
I tested your video here in Vegas 14 and the same problem occurs. Vegas can not recognize the video file. And also does not read the framerate properly. The mediainfo reports that the video framerate is 29,970i, but vegas recognizes as 23,976i.

Codec Magix AVC/AAC MP4 Render 29,970i as if it were 59,940i
In Vegas Pro 15 when rendering interlaced files with 29.970i frame rate with the Magix AVC/AAC mp4 codec, the rendered file has a frame rate of 59.940i (the file is read by the so4compoundplug codec). I tested the render with quick sync and no quick

RE: Portrait screen orientation doesn't work in Vegas Pro
@Marco. Thank you ! Now it worked, I just had to add a space after the bracket and paste the command. I noticed that Media Player Classic and Windows Media Player do not recognize rotation metadata, whereas VLC and Power dvd recognize. What I do not

RE: Side by Side comparison test
Maybe this is not Vegas problem. Maybe it's a display player issue. I tested the rendered file in vegas where theoretically there is a change in the blacks of the image and to my surprise in the Power DVD 15 player the file is normally displayed.

    Bandicam Video Problem
So I'm relatively new to Vegas Pro 15. Whenever I import a video file from bandicam's save folder (Documents folder) it automatically erases the beginning of the video that has silence attached to it but it leaves the audio file the same length

RE: Vegas Pro Audio with Multi Stream?
I think that's how you do it. Thanks Marco! In Vegas this system works with AIFF, Wave.wav and Sony Wave64 audio codecs. Also works with the Panasonic P2 MZF, Sony MXF, Sony MXF HDR, Sony XAVC, Sony XAVCS, Quick Time 7, Video for Windows AVI and

RE: Need help dropping HEVC files into Vegas Pro 15
Had tried too with previous version of Bandicam (only downloading the sample from their website - I personally prefer using OBS / Radeon Relive), where it still record to AVI format (if I'm not mistaken), and the format cannot be accepted

RE: Need help dropping HEVC files into Vegas Pro 15
Well, thank you guys for the help, and glad to know that I'm not just being oblivious about something obvious. At this point, this is probably an oddity with Bandicam, rather than Vegas, so I'll probably ask them about this issue.

Please share a sample file if you can (e.g. on Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, mega.nz, wetransfer.com or mediafire.com), for others to test and to forward to the developers if there's a problem. Here is a ZIP of a test video I shot with Bandicam

Need help dropping HEVC files into Vegas Pro 15
Hello, I've recently bought Vegas and am still learning the ins and outs. I've been recording videogame footage for a project, and find that I've come across something that's baffled me. I use Bandicam to record MP4 videos at 60 FPS, and primarily

RE: VEGAS Pro 15 Update 2 (build 261) - General Discussion
I think the proxy file must be exactly same name, only the file type can be different. It works fine for me if the proxies are named same as source files but it doesn't work (like in your example) if there is a difference in the naming (just like

RE: New Purchase, can't find HEVC Quicksync encoder option

RE: Comparison between custom Magix AVC QSV and NVENC renders.
He might have a faulty cpu. Maybe overheating and throttling the performance of the CPU. I think QSV is real time transcoder, if it throttles would not slow down performance but reduce the quality. I use intel QSV for screen capturing. Normally use

    RE: Imported Video Becomes Pixelated?
I haven't used Xvid in years but I think it used to work OK as long as an Xvid codec is installed. However H.264 is more modern and efficient and well supported in Vegas, so I suggest you use that. If Bandicam forces you to wrap it in an AVI

What version of Vegas? Bandicam has long caused issues with Vegas. See section 1 of this. If you want to edit then render before uploading to YouTube then this can help. Sony Vegas 13. I did a little bit more research and noticed a common answer
