Try reducing the amount of Preview RAM to a very small amount or 0 before rendering. I haven't had your problem to know for sure if that'll fix it or not but it has helped in other areas.

Sorry, I'm out of ideas.
I render to MXF from time to time with no problems but I don't think I've ever tried from uncompressed. I'll give it a go tomorrow AM.

Lars, where are you setting the RAM to "4000"? I was assuming that you were talking about dynamic Ram Preview in Vegas Editing options, but I can't set mine to anything higher than 1024. I have a total of 8 gb RAM on a W7/64 system. Thanks.
