1394 to composite

So far the only convenient way I found to look at my video tracks on a tv was using the 1394 signal to my DV camera then using its composite output to connect it to a tv.... but not so professional.

Is there any PCI to composite card I can buy to do that without my cam? or any external 1394 to composite converter I can buy for a moderate price?

Canopus ADVC-100 for around 250.00. You go firewire into it and it converts to analog s-video and composite. There are other boxes out there that cost more and less. I have this one and love it. Go to Canopus's web site and check it out. They have other models too.
